The Way beliefs
At The Way we believe that life is made up of the following areas in the proportions shown:

From this diagram you can see that we believe the spiritual element comprises half of our existence, with the physical and mental accounting for the remaining two quarters.
If more people understood this model they would be much happier in their lives. Have you ever wondered why some people who have very little feel so happy in their lives, yet others who appear to have everything, seem so lost and sad?
Look at the sum above and apply it to your life. It may help you find some answers.
At The Way we hold the following beliefs:
- The way is a path guided by spirit through a physical life, that ultimately ends in spirit - it is not a material path built and bent by people for people.
- We are all spirits in a physical body on a material path to a spiritual goal.
- You alone are responsible for your thoughts and actions, good or bad. They set the way in which you progress on your path.
- Life is for learning, lessons cannot be avoided, only delayed. When put off, lessons grow until they have been dealt with by those concerned. Every lesson is important, learn it as quickly as you can. How long is your way?
- The way is not a religion. Religions say "do it our way". Spirit can only guide you, so you will need to learn and feel your own way.
- If there is something you do not understand or you would like to know, ASK. If your teacher does not know, they should be able to ask their guides. However, only ask questions that you want a truthful answer to.
- Our circle will lead you to the start of your way. Truth, Balance and Love, will lead you to spirit no matter what your beliefs or religion.
- Spiritual change begins when one looks truthfully within themselves. You may feel out of balance and would like to change. When more balanced, you may feel a lack of love in your life and may want to change this. With love you can do whatever you need to change spiritually.
- If you have ever felt lost or alone, you were walking the wrong way. Some will say walk this way, or that way. We say feel and walk your way.
